Tiffany Chukiat is an associate at Hershorin & Henry, LLP. She joined the firm in October of 2007 and gained valuable experience as a law clerk while she attended law school.

Ms. Chukiat has practices in the areas of business litigation, medical malpractice defense, and transactional law. She specializes in receivership matters and represents lenders in handling commercial loan defaults. She defends health care providers and has experience in all stages of medical malpractice litigation. Additionally, she has handled cases regarding breach of contract, unlawful detainer, and premises liability.

Ms. Chukiat was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2009. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the California Receivers Forum.

Ms. Chukiat received her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in May of 2009. She completed her undergraduate education at University of California, Los Angeles in 2006, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in History, with an emphasis on Southeast Asian History, and a minor in Anthropology. Ms. Chukiat is also conversational in both Thai and Spanish.
