ASSOCIATE
Olivier Labarre joined Hershorin & Henry in 2008. Mr. Labarre practices civil litigation and has experience in quiet title actions, equitable
subrogation, title insurance claims and coverage analysis, defending insureds and title insurance companies, mortgage fraud, real estate
fraud/forgery litigation, escrow disputes and interpleaders, defense of mechanic's lien actions, and curative title work.
Mr. Labarre has worked on litigation from the pleading phase through trial, has drafted all forms of pleadings and law and motion and has worked
successfully to resolve several title insurance claims and litigation matters outside of Court.
Mr. Labarre received his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law, in August of 2008. While a student, Mr. Labarre served as a
Vice-President of the Moot Court Team, competing in the First Annual Frank Darras Disability Law Competition and the University of San Diego Criminal
Procedure Moot Court Competition, and was an Articles Editor of the Western State University Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts from
Occidental College in 2004, with degrees in both Economics and French Literary Studies.
