Leena Rege joined Hershorin & Henry, LLP in 2008. Ms. Rege has experience in real estate litigation issues including breach of real estate contracts, broker liability, title issues, homeowners association, eminent domain and construction defects.
Ms. Rege began her career at LTI, Inc. where she reviewed and drafted residential real estate contracts. She also negotiated with contractors, subcontractors and builders regarding the terms of contracts. She also ensured corporation’s compliance.
At Frontier Homes, LLC, Ms. Rege reviewed and drafted land acquisition purchase and sale agreements, subcontractor agreements, homebuyer purchase agreements, disclosure statements, waiver and release agreements. In addition, she drafted and filed corporate formation documents with the Secretary of State.
In 2006, Ms. Rege joined Spach, Capaldi & Waggaman as a litigation associate where she handled real estate litigation issues.
Ms. Rege received her Bachelor of Arts and Political Science/ Sociology Honor Program in June 2000. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in May 2004.
