ASSOCIATE
Patrick Reider, an Associate of Hershorin & Henry, LLP, has experience in litigation matters including all aspects of business and civil litigation.
Mr. Reider began his legal career in 2004 at Davert & Loe, Lawyers. As an associate, he worked on employment, contract, real estate, tort, business
and professions code 17200 and appellate matters. Mr. Reider also represented clients in several bench and unlawful detainer trials. He has represented
clients at numerous mediations and settlement conferences.
As an associate at Hershorin & Henry, Mr. Reider has successfully represented several clients in real estate, contract, escrow, interpleader and title
insurance disputes, including numerous cases involving loan and mortgage fraud. Mr. Reider has obtained favorable judgments and recovered fraudulently
obtained monies for his clients in several of these matters, and negotiated favorable settlements in others. Additionally, Mr. Reider has represented
lenders and loan servicers in successfully installing receivers in matters where borrowers have defaulted on loans secured by commercial property.
Mr. Reider has participated in winning three appellate matters where he has either assisted in writing the appellate briefs or argued the matter before
the California Court of Appeals.
Mr. Reider received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in May, 2004, graduating in the top third of his class. While at Chapman,
Mr. Reider served as a Staff Member for the Nexus Journal. Mr. Reider received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with High Honors from California
State University, San Bernardino in 1998.
