Ross Scarberry joined Hershorin & Henry, LLP in 2008 and brought his experience involving civil litigation with an emphasis in business disputes, real estate disputes, construction defect, civil rights, insurance coverage, equitable subrogation, premises liability, intentional torts, employment case, administrative writs and appeals.
At Klinedinst, PC, Mr. Scarberry practice involved federal employment and housing claims, commercial and residential real estate transactions, professional liability including real estate and insurance agents and brokers, personal injury, business disputes, property damage claims, and construction defect.
Mr. Scarberry was also a litigation associate at Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter where he acquired experience in a variety of cases including business disputes, real estate disputes, construction defect, civil rights, insurance coverage, equitable subrogation, premises liability, intentional torts, employment case, administrative writs and appeals.
At Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O’Keefe & Nichols, Mr. Scarberry’s practice included defending medical and dental malpractice suits, defending employment complaints, defending elder abuse claims and defending products liability cases.
Mr. Scarberry received his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of Law in May 2002 where he was also a Member of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal from 2000 to 2001. In addition, he obtained his Certificate of Concentrated Studies in Civil Litigation in May 2002.
